Copyright Policy

We respond to copyright complaints that follow applicable laws. If you believe content on our website (www.truneura.com), mobile app ("TruNeura"), or desktop app ("TruNeura Desktop") infringes your copyright, you can request its removal by contacting our designated copyright agent. Company’s policy is to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers. 
 
In accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), the written notice (the "DMCA Notice") must include substantially the following:
 
(a) your physical or electronic signature;
(b) a description of the copyrighted work(s) you believe were infringed;
(c) a clear description of where the infringing material is located;
(d) your name, address, phone number, and email;
(e) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized
(f) a statement that the information in the written notice is accurate; and
(g) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you’re authorized to act for the copyright owner.

If your DMCA notice doesn’t meet all the requirements under Section 512(c)(3), it may not be valid. If you knowingly make a false claim about copyright infringement, you could be held responsible for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
